Gordon Polson – Chief Executive
Reporting to Chairman and Board Gordon has overall responsibility for general management of the FOB, including budgetary and financial management, policy and planning.
Gordon also has direct responsibility for technical, legislative, health & safety and environmental issues.
Amy Yeates – Executive Assistant / Policy Administration Manager
Reporting to the FOB Chief Executive, Amy is involved in all aspects of the Federation’s work providing support to the CEO, Board and the FOB Committees. She has specific responsibility for managing FOB policy and administration including coordinating the work programmes of the Technical Panel and Health and Safety Committee, maintaining the FOB website and members’ extranet, analysis of industry statistics and data, accounts and membership matters.
Amy is also responsible for organising the Federation’s Annual Conference and other members’ events.
